Alcoholic Cocktail Cordial or Sherry Glass 2 ingredients

Recipe

  • 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine

Instructions

Pour the Benedictine into a cordial glass, and gently pour the brandy over the back of a bar spoon and let it fall on top of the Benedictine to 'float' it on the thicker liqueur. Optional: Traditionally served warm, you can pre-warm the glass by pouring a little hot water in the glass, swirl it around, then discard. Though it's not the traditional way to serve it, some people prefer this cocktail over ice. For this version, simply add a couple of cocktail ice cubes to a rocks glass, and then add the spirits.

About B And B

The preparation involves pouring the Bénédictine into a cordial glass and then layering the brandy on top. It's usually served in a cordial glass without garnish, offering a straightforward yet sophisticated drinking experience.
