About B&B Collins

The B&B Collins is a refreshing cocktail that combines the rich, complex flavors of brandy and Bénédictine herbal liqueur with the tartness of lemon juice and the sweetness of simple syrup, all topped off with a fizzy splash of soda water. This concoction offers a sophisticated twist on the classic Tom Collins, replacing gin with brandy for a warmer, more robust flavor profile. The addition of Bénédictine, a French herbal liqueur known for its aromatic blend of 27 different herbs and spices, adds depth and an aromatic complexity that elevates the drink to something truly special.

The history of the B&B Collins is not extensively documented, but it likely draws inspiration from the classic B&B cocktail, which combines brandy and Bénédictine in equal parts. The Tom Collins, a staple in cocktail history since the 19th century, serves as the base structure for the B&B Collins, emphasizing the versatility of the Collins format. By blending the heritage of these two iconic drinks, the B&B Collins pays homage to both the rich tradition of classic cocktails and the innovative spirit of mixology, offering a refreshing yet complex experience perfect for any occasion.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Collins Glass, though any glass works!
