Alcoholic Cocktail Champagne Glass 5 ingredients

Recipe

  • 750 mL Champagne
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • Mint Leaves (Garnish)

Instructions

Prepare blueberry puree: In a blender combine the blueberries and sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve to remove the skins if you prefer a smoother texture.

Assemble the mimosas: Pour about 2 tablespoons of the blueberry puree into each champagne flute. Add orange juice to fill about 1/3 of the glass. Top off with chilled Champagne, pouring gently to avoid too much froth. Stir gently to mix the layers. Garnish with mint leaves and whole blueberries.
