About Buddhas Hand

The Buddha's Hand cocktail is a delightful concoction that features the unique flavor profile of Hangar 1 Buddha's Hand Vodka. This vodka is infused with the essence of the Buddha's Hand citron, a fragrant citrus fruit known for its aromatic zest and floral notes. The drink is further elevated by the addition of 1/2 oz of Light Chartreuse Herbal Liqueur, which brings a complex blend of herbal flavors and a touch of sweetness to the cocktail. The 1/2 oz of fresh lemon juice adds a bright, tangy acidity, balancing out the sweetness and enhancing the citrus character of the vodka.

The cocktail's history is tied to the introduction of Buddha's Hand vodka by Hangar 1, a distillery known for crafting spirits that highlight unique and high-quality ingredients. The Buddha's Hand citron, an ancient fruit with origins in Northeast India and China, has been used for centuries in religious offerings and as a natural perfume. Its captivating aroma and distinctive shape inspired the creation of this specialty vodka, and subsequently, the cocktail itself. The Buddha's Hand cocktail is a celebration of this exotic fruit, offering a refreshing and aromatic experience that is both intriguing and delightful.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!
