About Carajillo

The Carajillo is a classic Spanish cocktail that marries the bold, rich flavors of espresso with the sweet, complex notes of Licor 43, a Spanish liqueur infused with citrus and spices. This delightful beverage is traditionally served either hot or cold, making it versatile for any season. The intense depth of the espresso blends beautifully with the vanilla and aromatic herbs of Licor 43, creating a smooth yet invigorating drink. Often enjoyed as an after-dinner digestif, the Carajillo can also be a stimulating pick-me-up at any time of day, offering a perfect balance of warmth and zest, and a luxurious way to conclude a meal or refresh the palate.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
