  • Rum
  • Rum (Coconut)
  • 6 oz Pineapple Jello
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

For those of you familiar with rap music, this idea comes from a Tech N9ne song, "Caribou Lou" where the ingredients are specified as "Rum (Coconut), 151, and Pineapple Juice." There is already a recipe for Caribou Lou, but this gave me the idea for these delicious shots!Bring the 1 cup Water to a boil. Stir in Jello Mix until dissolved, take off stove and let cool. Once the steam seems to be non-existent, add the Rum (Coconut) and the Bacardi 151 to taste, all together both ingredients should equal a cup. Now, the Bacardi 151 is a STRONG liquor [lights on fire, if you didn't know this] so I would recommend to use sparingly, or they may be too strong. Pour into 2 oz cups [you can get small plastic cups with lids at most party stores for fairly cheap] and place in refrigerator until firm. For a quicker set time, place them in the freezer.
