Alcoholic Shot Highball Glass 4 ingredients

Recipe

  • 1-2 shot Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 2 Dr. Pepper
  • 1 shot Vodka

Instructions

This drink was invented one New Years Eve in Minnesota when a blizzard prevented travel to anywhere. In an effort to perservere and bring in the new year correctly, a stranded young man took inventory of what was available in the house, took bottles in hand and stated to experiment. Being a fan of cement mixers, and Abortions (shots) Ian Adams, Combined the Baileys with the other ingredients just to see what happened. The result was a rancid looking mixture. But! on further inspection it smelled sweet, and tasted sweeter. The Drink was a hilarious hit with the other castaway party goers. It has a great shock value. Grate taste. Gets the party going. Severe Dysentery is really good at covering up the taste of terrible, old, forgotten Vodka. It isn't well known but it has been an entertaining beverage at several parties since then.Lightly Mix Chocolate Syrup, and Baileys in separate cup. Poor Dr. Pepper into High ball. Now Poor the Chocolate Baileys into Dr.Pepper. Baileys will congeal Add Vodka of you want "Severe" Dysentery

About Dysentery

The Dysentery shot is a bold and intriguing concoction that combines the creamy, sweet, and slightly nutty flavors of Irish Cream Liqueur with the rich, chocolaty undertones of chocolate syrup. The addition of Dr. Pepper, a popular soda known for its unique blend of 23 flavors, lends a refreshing, effervescent quality to the mix, while vodka adds a clean, crisp kick, bringing a balanced yet adventurous finish. The result is a complex and indulgent shot that appeals to those who enjoy experimenting with unexpected flavor combinations.

The origins of the Dysentery shot are not well-documented, but like many creative cocktails, it likely emerged from the playful experimentation of bartenders and home mixologists seeking to craft something new and exciting. The name "Dysentery" is likely a humorous nod to the drink's intense and varied ingredients, evoking the idea of a wild and untamed experience. This shot is perfect for those looking to venture beyond the traditional and embrace a taste that is as entertaining as it is flavorful.

This shot is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Highball Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
