Alcoholic Shot Shot Glass 3 ingredients

Recipe

  • 1/2 shot Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/2 shot Goldschlager
  • 1 dash Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

Fill a shot glass half full with the Baileys and the rest of the way with the Goldschlager. Mix with toothpick. Then sprinkle a bit of Cinnamon on the top and light it with a match (it may take a couple of tries to get it to stay lit). Let it burn for a few seconds and gently blow out the flame being careful not to splash the drink out of the glass. Then, drink!

About Hot Apple Pie #2

The Hot Apple Pie #2 shot is a delightful concoction that aims to capture the comforting essence of a warm apple pie in a spirited form. This shot combines the rich and creamy texture of Irish Cream Liqueur with the spicy, cinnamon-infused kick of Goldschläger, a unique cinnamon schnapps liqueur known for its floating gold flakes. The optional dash of cinnamon enhances the warmth and spice, rounding out the flavors to mimic the taste of a freshly baked apple pie. It's a perfect choice for those who enjoy sweet, dessert-inspired beverages with a bit of a punch.

The origins of the Hot Apple Pie #2 shot are not well-documented, but it likely emerged from the creative exploration of bartenders seeking to offer patrons a drink that evokes the comforting flavors of home-baked treats. The choice of Goldschläger is particularly interesting, as its cinnamon flavor adds a distinctive edge that complements the smoothness of Irish Cream. This shot is often enjoyed during colder months or festive occasions, providing a sense of warmth and nostalgia with every sip. Its popularity has persisted due to its simple yet effective blend of flavors that can easily transport drinkers to a cozy, autumnal setting.

This shot is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Shot Glass, though any glass works!
