Recipe
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 6 oz Ginger Ale
- Lemon (Optional)
Instructions
Pour both ingredients into a highball glass 2/3 filled with ice cubes. Stir well, garnish with a twist of Lemon, and serve. The lemon is completely optional, but many prefer to add the juice of the lemon to the drink and then place the remaining lemon peel into the mix. Make it your own! For another refreshing take on this same drink, except with Lime Juice, we also highly recommend the Irish Buck.
