Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Lime Peel
Instructions
Fill a high ball glass with ice and pour in the Irish Whiskey. We always recommend Jameson. Top up the glass with a good quality soda water / club soda and stir briefly to mix. Take a large wedge of lime, give it a squeeze and drop it into the glass.
