Alcoholic Cocktail Collins Glass 9 ingredients

  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • 3 Cucumber Slices
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Aged Rum
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
  • Club Soda
  • Mint Leaf (Garnish)
  • Cucumber Slice (Garnish)

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves, cucumber slices, and simple syrup. Add the rum, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a mint spring skewed through a cucumber slice. This is an excellent drink inspired by the aspect of not being overwhelmed by the liquor. You can hardly taste the Rum in this. And, another good thing about this drink is that its good for you.Pour Rum in glass with or without ice. Cover with Izze. Serve.
