The Malibu Zinger is a fantastic drink created by Paul Brunelle, Edmonton, Canada 10 years ago, and most people who like cocktails say it is the best they've ever had. Great on summer nights, and not at all complicated.Pour Rum (Coconut) and Schnapps (Peach) into a hurricane glass three-quarters filled with ice. Slide down 2 drops of Grenadine to the bottom. Add equal parts of Pineapple Juice and Cranberry Juice, leaving a little room at the top. Add a dollop of Whipped Cream, and drizzle Grenadine down it. Ask the recipient to stir in the Whipped Cream before trying.

About Malibu Zinger

The Malibu Zinger is a vibrant and tropical cocktail that combines the sweet and exotic flavors of coconut rum and peach schnapps with the refreshing tastes of pineapple and cranberry juices. This lively concoction is rounded off with a hint of grenadine syrup, adding a touch of sweetness and a beautiful blush of color. Topped with a light and creamy dollop of whipped cream, the Malibu Zinger not only pleases the palate but also offers an eye-catching presentation. It's the perfect drink for a beach party or a summer gathering, evoking the carefree spirit of a tropical paradise.

The origins of the Malibu Zinger are not well-documented, but it likely emerged as a variation of popular tropical cocktails that gained prominence in the late 20th century. The use of coconut rum, particularly brands like Malibu, became widespread in the cocktail world during this time, as bartenders and home mixologists sought to create new and exciting drinks. The Malibu Zinger stands out for its balanced blend of fruity and creamy elements, making it a favorite among those who enjoy sweet and refreshing beverages with a tropical twist.
