Alcoholic Cocktail Champagne Glass 3 ingredients

Recipe

  • 1 scoop Pineapple Sherbet or Sorbet
  • 1 oz Cynar
  • 6 oz Prosecco

Instructions

Spoon sherbet into a fluted glass. Top with Cynar and Prosecco. Note: if you don't have pineapple sherbet, you can use vanilla ice cream and a spoonful of chopped pineapple.

About Only the Good Die Young

The Italian drink Sgroppino is the inspiration here for this louche cocktail that drink like a dessert. While we like Cynar - an amaro made with artichokes (but doesn't taste like it) - other kinds of amaro will work.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Champagne Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
