- 1 1/2 oz Vanilla-Flavored Vodka
- 1/2 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Puree
- 2 barspoons vanilla sugar (or vanilla syrup)
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine (Prosecco or Champagne)
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except sparkling wine, to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and aerated. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with fresh passion fruit.
