About Piscola

Piscola is a refreshing and straightforward cocktail that combines the distinct flavors of pisco, a South American brandy primarily produced in Peru and Chile, with the familiar taste of Coca Cola. The drink is typically served over ice, which enhances its crisp and invigorating qualities. The Piscola balances the smooth, aromatic notes of pisco with the sweet, effervescent character of cola, creating a drink that is both easy to make and enjoy.

The origins of the Piscola are rooted in Chilean culture, where it's considered a popular and emblematic cocktail. It gained prominence as an approachable way for locals and visitors alike to enjoy pisco, thanks to its simple preparation and accessible ingredients. Over time, the Piscola has become a staple in bars and gatherings across Chile, often enjoyed in social settings with friends and family. Its simplicity and refreshing profile have contributed to its enduring popularity in South America and beyond.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Any Glass, though any glass works!
