About Rumless Rickey

The Rumless Rickey is a refreshing non-alcoholic twist on the classic Gin Rickey, a cocktail that dates back to the late 19th century. Traditionally, the Rickey was made with gin or bourbon, lime juice, and club soda, and became popular for its crisp, invigorating profile. The Rumless Rickey retains the essence of this classic cocktail, offering a zesty and effervescent experience without the alcohol.

In the Rumless Rickey, the tartness of lime juice takes center stage, complemented by a subtle hint of sweetness from grenadine syrup and a dash of bitters, which add depth and complexity. Topped with a generous splash of club soda, this drink provides a bubbly and refreshing finish. Perfect for those who want to enjoy the sophistication of a cocktail without the alcohol, the Rumless Rickey is an excellent choice for a summer afternoon or any occasion that calls for a light and invigorating beverage.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
