About Sidecar

A Sidecar is a classic cocktail that originated in the early 20th century, though its exact origins are debated. It is traditionally made with Cognac, orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier), and lemon juice. The Sidecar is known for its balance of sweetness from the orange liqueur, the rich flavor from the Cognac, and the tartness from the fresh lemon juice. This combination makes it a timeless classic and a favorite among many cocktail enthusiasts. It's typically served in a cocktail glass and can be garnished with a twist of lemon peel for an extra zing of citrus aroma.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
