- 1/2 oz Cointreau or other Orange Liqueur
- 2 oz Rum
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 3 dashes Bitters (Angostura)
- 6 Mint Leaves (optional)
- Ice
Instructions
Gently muddle mint leaves and Cointreau (or other Orange Liqueur) in a highball glass. Add rum and lime juice, then fill the glass with crushed ice. Stir and top with more ice, if necessary. Garnish with bitters and a sprig of mint. Serve with a straw.
