About The Ashley

The Ashley is a vibrant and refreshing cocktail that combines the sweet and fruity flavors of Midori Melon Liqueur and strawberry daiquiri mix with the effervescent zing of cherry-flavored soda. The drink boasts a striking green hue from the Midori, which is complemented by the red tones of the strawberry mix, creating a visually appealing and delightful beverage. The fusion of melon, strawberry, and cherry flavors results in a sweet and invigorating taste, making The Ashley an ideal choice for those looking for a playful and fruity cocktail experience.

The history of The Ashley is somewhat obscure, as it appears to be a modern concoction likely inspired by the trend of creating colorful and flavor-forward cocktails. Midori Melon Liqueur, with its distinctively bright green color and sweet taste, has been a popular choice for bartenders looking to craft eye-catching drinks since its introduction in the 1970s. The combination with strawberry and cherry flavors is a nod to the playful experimentation often seen in contemporary mixology, where the focus is on creating memorable and enjoyable drinking experiences. The Ashley, with its simple yet effective blend of ingredients, is a testament to this creative spirit.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Punch Bowl, Jug, or Pitcher, though any glass works!
