- 200 ml Tequila (Silver)
- 50 ml Orange Liqueur
- 75 ml Orange Liqueur
- 25 ml Orange Juice
- 100 ml Lime Juice
- 400 ml Sweet and Sour Mix
Instructions
Absolutely perfectly balanced... hence the ability to skip the salt. I love Margaritas and have spent years trying to come up with the perfect balance, it doesn't get any better than this. Do not sub anything - as this is very specific to maintain the perfect balance, substituting any ingredient may still result in a good Margarita but you will throw off the balance, taste, flavor and end up with something quite different.
This Recipe was invented by Wrathwilde, who is a Brewer and founder of "Gotmead International Brewmasters" an AHA recognized international brew club. Easy to measure using a clear Pyrex Measuring Cup -
Mix ingredients in blender with 6 Standard ice cubes until ice is melted.
Serve on the Rocks, salt the rim if you must but this recipe is excellent without it.
