Zachary Maples Bartender and Manager of Buffalo Wild Wings in Yuma. The drink was invented completely by accident. For a guest who wanted something in which she could not taste the alcohol. I originally intended to make it just for her but other people saw me make the drink that night, and were asking for it. Before long the name was coined by a customer who was tired of asking for "that fruitty drink thing"Pour Hpnotiq first then pour Schnapps and malibu. Add juices. Drizzle Grenadine to create a cascade effect. Garnish ith 2 Cherries and one Orange wedge.

About Zachs Mambo

The Zach's Mambo cocktail is a vibrant and tropical concoction that tantalizes the senses with its colorful blend of flavors. At its core, the drink features Hpnotiq Liqueur, known for its exotic blend of premium vodka, tropical fruit juices, and a touch of cognac, giving it a distinctive blue hue. This is complemented by the smooth, sweet essence of coconut rum and the juicy sweetness of peach schnapps. The cocktail's fruity profile is further enhanced by the addition of orange juice and pineapple juice, which introduce a refreshing citrus and tropical tang. A splash of grenadine syrup not only adds a hint of sweetness but also creates a beautiful gradient effect when it settles at the bottom of the glass. The finishing touches of orange slices and cherries as garnishes not only enhance the drink's presentation but also contribute to its fruity aroma and taste.

The origins of Zach's Mambo are not widely documented, suggesting it might be a more contemporary creation or a local favorite that embodies the carefree and festive spirit often associated with tropical cocktails. Its name suggests a lively, dance-like experience, much like the mambo dance itself, characterized by rhythm and spontaneity. This cocktail is perfect for those looking to escape to a tropical paradise, even if only in spirit, and is best enjoyed in warm weather or at festive gatherings. With its enticing blend of flavors and eye-catching presentation, Zach's Mambo is a delightful choice for cocktail enthusiasts who appreciate a touch of the exotic in their drink repertoire.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Hurricane Glass, though any glass works!
