About Bitter Elder

Sweet and and slightly bitter but in a really good way. This drink looks especially amazing when strained into a martini glass. With enough shaking, the ice creates crystals on the top layer of the drink which add to the overall experience. This is a take on another one of our favorites that uses Campari instead of Aperol, which you can View Here. Many prefer the bitterness of Campari to the slightly sweeter Aperol. Either way, we recommend trying them both and forming your own opinion!

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
