1 small scoop ice
2 counts Blackberry Brandy
2 oz Lime Juice
2 counts Rum (Light)
2 counts Creme de Noyaux
3 1/2 oz Orange Juice
2 counts Rum (Dark)
2 counts Triple Sec
3 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 counts Southern Comfort Peach
1 oz Grenadine Syrup
float Rum
2 counts Banana Liqueur
2 oz Pina Colada Mix

Instructions

As served in Copelands Restaurant & Bar, New Orleans and other Copelands establishments. You need a very large glass for this famous drink, the taste is worth the obvious effort, it also serves 2-3 people. One "count" is normally about 1/2 oz. Its described on the menu as "Seven liquors blended with tropical Fruit juices and topped with 151 Rum". Known brands are listed below, and several of the liqueurs used are brand.Shake and pour into a large glass. Garnish with Lime slices, Orange slices and Cherries.
