  • 1 1/2 oz Banana Cream Moonshine
  • 1 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 12 oz Hard Root Beer (Not Your Father's)

Instructions

Place an 18-ounce mug in the freezer for a few hours or overnight. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the moonshine, cream, vanilla simple syrup. Shake vigorously to combine. Strain the drink into the frosty mug. Slowly pour the root beer into the glass, letting the froth rise above the top. (Vanilla Simple Syrup Recipe: Place one split vanilla bean, 1 cup sugar, and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Simmer on medium-low for 2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove the saucepan from heat. Remove the vanilla bean and discard. Pour the syrup into a heatproof glass container and refrigerate at least 12 hours, until chilled. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container up to 2 months.)
