Alcoholic Shot Shot Glass 2 ingredients

Recipe

  • 1 TicTac
  • 1 oz Vodka

Instructions

This shot is not for the faint hearted. The heat of the Vodka plays a big part and the flavour of the TicTac starts to flavour the drink, making it quite tasty - if you can still taste it after your taste buds have been burnt off.Add one TicTac to the shooter. Add one shot of Smirnoff. Put the shot glass into the Microwave for approximately 30 seconds - you want the Vodka to be hot but not boiling. Once out of the microwave, stir until the Vodka turns cloudy with the coating of the TicTac. Drink whilst the shot is still hot. The TicTac must be downed with the shot. This works with all flavours of TicTacs. Peppermint or spearmint work best in my opinion.

About Burning TicTac

The Burning TicTac is a playful and intriguing shot that combines the simplicity of just two ingredients: a single TicTac mint and 1 ounce of vodka. This minimalist concoction draws its charm from the intense yet refreshing burst of flavor provided by the TicTac, which infuses the vodka with a minty sweetness. The shot is both a sensory delight and a conversation starter, offering a unique twist on traditional vodka shots. It's a fun and easy way to add a bit of flair to any gathering, making it a popular choice at parties where novelty and flavor are both appreciated.

The origins of the Burning TicTac are not well-documented, but like many innovative cocktails and shots, it likely arose from a mix of creativity and a desire to experiment with familiar ingredients. The accessibility of TicTac mints and vodka makes this shot an easy option for those interested in trying something new without needing a complex array of ingredients. Its simplicity and the amusing concept of "burning" a TicTac with vodka have made it a quirky favorite among adventurous drinkers looking to surprise their taste buds with something refreshingly different.

This shot is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Shot Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!
