Non-alcoholic Coffee, Tea, or Cocoa Any Glass 7 ingredients

Recipe

  • 6 cups Water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 thumb sized Ginger Root
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
  • 4 Peppermint Tea Bags
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • Lemon Slices

Instructions

Pour water into a large saucepan and set over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the ginger, mint leaves, and tea bags. Allow to steep for 12-15 minutes, the strain into a pitcher through a fine mesh sieve. Stir the lemon juice into the tea. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill until cold, at least 8 hours. To serve, our the tea into tall glasses of ice. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
