About Elote

The Elote cocktail is an intriguing and complex blend that captures the essence of Mexican flavors in a sophisticated drink. It features the smoky depth of mezcal paired with the spicy kick of Ancho Reyes Poblano Liqueur, and the rich, sweet notes of corn liquor. The addition of Pedro Ximenez sherry adds a layer of complexity with its velvety, raisin-like sweetness, while the mole bitters infuse a subtle, earthy spice. This cocktail offers a harmonious and adventurous tasting experience, perfect for those who appreciate bold, layered flavors.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Rocks or Old-Fashioned Glass, though any glass works!
