Very good, kind of like a gimlet. It’s a good mix of tart, herbal and sweet, not too much of any one flavor.
Great drink! Herbaceous, tart, and just really refreshing. Green chartreuse is really tough to find at the moment, so I subbed with Luxardo Del Santo - which is nearly identical when mixed.
