Campari was one of those bitter liqueurs that I always avoided, just assuming I wouldn’t be a fan… but man, what a mistake. The Negroni became one of my top 5 favorite drinks overnight. Campari in general has risen on my list of spirits to constantly have on-hand. It’s certainly not for everyone (my wife isn’t a fan), but if you like it, you’ll love this. I like to experiment by adding some tonic water and lime juice.. but that’s likely an entirely different drink altogether.
