- 3/4 oz Vodka
- 1/4 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Southern Comfort Peach
- 1/4 oz Orange Curacao
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- 4 Mint Leaves
Instructions
Chill a cocktail glass or highball glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink. In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, gin, Southern Comfort Peach, orange curaçao, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, and a dash of fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients. Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the drink into the prepared glass. Gently slap the mint leaves between your hands to release their aroma. Place them on top of the drink as a garnish.
While you are about to finish one you're already thinking about the next.Fill a boston glass 3/4 of ice, pour all the ingredients, shake vigorously for no more than eight seconds along with the Mint leaves at the last add the Mint. Use Hawthorn strainer to strain through Tea strainer into frozen martini glass, this will exclude the shards of ice and the Mint leaves getting into the drink. Garnish with a small Mint leaves out side of the glass.
