About Seahawk

A vibrant, refreshing cocktail that lives up to its magical name. The Seahawk gets its enchanting green hue from the interplay of blue curaçao with the golden tones of Jameson Orange and other ingredients—a cocktail alchemy that transforms blue into brilliant emerald.

The botanical complexity of gin pairs beautifully with the smooth warmth of Jameson Orange, while bright citrus notes from fresh lemon and lime juice mingle with delicate elderflower, creating a beautifully balanced flavor profile. Topped with crisp Fever Tree tonic water and accented with aromatic and orange bitters, this effervescent cocktail offers layers of complexity in every sip—herbaceous, fruity, floral, and just a touch bitter. It's a drink that's as visually stunning as it is delicious, perfect for those seeking something both sophisticated and approachable.

This cocktail is alcoholic, so drink responsibly! Best served in a Beer Mug or Pilsner Glass, though any glass works!

Feel free to get creative with substitutions — try different fruit types, sugar substitutes, or liquor brands. Crafting cocktails should be fun!

I like it. Make sure to use Jameson orange. The combo of that and the blue curaçao makes it change into a cool teal color. It’s a one and done for me but it’s refreshing nonetheless. Make sure to use a large enough glass that you can use plenty of ice and tonic water. Elderflower tonic water is even better.
